Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very new and extremely comfortable, but being on the ground floor opposite the harbor made it a bit challenging to leave the window open at night. The location was brilliant for exploring Kirkwall on foot, with shops and the bus station nearby, although access by car was also convenient. The service was friendly and went above and beyond, even taking photos for us. The dining experience offered a good variety but lacked toast. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money with daily room servicing and both blinds and curtains in the rooms.
